Russia Backlash DA

I have attached a very prominent dis ad that will probably be very popular in the upcoming season. It is all about Russia and how they will view the AFF's moves within the region. This file has NEG and AFF cards, and it comes with a Thesis at the start of the file to quickly understand the DA. This DA will be very useful against many affs, but especially against the ones that would obviously trigger Russia.
